Events

Hi everyone-

Listen I have a ton of events coming up and plenty of really beautiful juice that just came in. First this Wednesday I'm having a wine adoption day. I'll be tasting an 2005 Robert Mondavi Oakville Cab and the 05 Havens Merlot, plus a Cabreo Chardonnay from Tuscany. Catered as always by Kevin at Atomic Catering. I'm going to show some odd stuff too that has been kicking around the store and is about to be kicked out. That would be a good name for a blog. Other Rhode Island: in Other Rhode Island we don't go on and on about coffee milk and new york system wieners, and chowdah and all that other bull. In other Rhode Island we actually have left Rhode Island for somewhere other than Disney world and know a little 'aht and cultuh'. Well maybe, but back to wine. We have some tasting, in store and out that are coming up. I've got kind of cheeky little event coming up with Cycles Gladiator which I'm only really doing because of the old fashion nude poster on their label and the fact it was banded in Alabama. It's good to know someone has a greater cultural hurdle to jump over than Other Rhode Island folk, and that we, at least, are not as bad off as Alabamians (Alalabamites or whatever).
